Shipping & Cold Chain

Cold-Chain Overnight Room-Temp Ground Validated Packaging Flat-Rate Shipping

STASKA ships injectable compounded medications to licensed healthcare facilities. Because part of our catalog is temperature-sensitive, every order is shipped under the handling its products require — refrigerated cold-chain items move differently from room-temperature items, and the storefront makes it clear which is which before you order.

How Orders Ship

We offer flat-rate shipping with two handling paths, selected to match the products in your order:

Cold-chain overnight

Refrigerated products ship in temperature-controlled, validated packaging on an expedited overnight basis to keep them within their required temperature range in transit. This path is used for any cold-chain item in your order.

Room-temperature ground

Products that are stable at room temperature ship via standard ground service. No refrigerated packaging is required, which keeps these items straightforward and cost-effective to receive.

Exact carrier, rate, and service level are confirmed per account and per order. If you have a preferred arrangement or a delivery requirement at your facility, let us know and we will confirm the details for your account.

Cold-Chain Handling

Refrigerated products

Several STASKA medications are cold-chain and must stay refrigerated. For these, we use validated, temperature-controlled packaging engineered to hold the product within range for the duration of an overnight shipment. The goal is simple: the product arrives in the same condition it left the facility.

Room-temperature products

Other products are stable at room temperature and do not require refrigerated transport. These ship via ground without cold-chain packaging. Always confirm storage on receipt against the product's labeling.

Knowing Which Products Are Cold-Chain

You never have to guess. Each product in the catalog is marked with its storage requirement, so you can see at a glance whether an item is refrigerated cold-chain or room-temperature before it goes in your cart:

Catalog badges

Product listings display a storage badge — refrigerated / cold-chain versus room-temperature — so the handling is clear while you shop.

Mixed orders

If an order contains both cold-chain and room-temperature items, the cold-chain handling applies to the products that require it.

Product labeling

The storage requirement is also reflected on the product and its documentation for your receiving team.

Lead Time & Order Cutoff

Orders are processed and scheduled to ship in line with the handling each product requires, with cold-chain items timed so they travel overnight and arrive promptly. Specific cutoff times and turnaround are confirmed for your account — if you have a recurring schedule or a date-sensitive need, tell us and we will work it into your order timing.
